Shernett Williams

Training Instructor

Shernett Williams brings over 32 years of distinguished service with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), advancing through senior roles including Constable, Senior Uniform Recruiter, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Manager, and Staff Sergeant/Project Manager. Her career reflects a strong commitment to modernizing police recruitment, advancing equitable and inclusive hiring practices, and strengthening partnerships across policing, government, and community organizations. With extensive expertise in the OACP Constable Selection System, she has led candidate assessment, interviews, and provincial recruitment initiatives, representing the OPP on key committees alongside the Ministry of Community Safety and the OACP. Grounded in frontline policing experience and recognized for her communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, Shernett brings valuable operational and strategic insight to her work with TNT Justice Consultants.

Howie Page

Chief Instructor

Professor Howie Page has been with TNT since its inception, providing trusted leadership, insight, and mentorship. A former senior officer with the Toronto Police Service, he transitioned into academia in 1999 and has since taught extensively in post-secondary policing programs, including roles as an instructor at the Toronto Police College, a Contract Professor at Humber College, and a tenured Professor in the Police Foundations Program at Centennial College. Professor Page is a co-author of the national bestselling textbook Police Powers (2015), widely used across Canada, and is currently co-authoring a second textbook in Emergency Management. Recognized for his innovative, learning-centered approach, he is the recipient of multiple Centennial College awards for teaching excellence, community innovation, and creative problem-solving, and continues to mentor and educate police officers across Ontario.

Chris Gordon

Training Instructor

Chris Gordon has joined the TNT team effective April 21, 2022, after serving 30 years in the Toronto Police Service. He is currently a Professor at Centennial College in Police Foundations. He has a strong technical proficiency with a work history in Talent Acquisition. Flexible and focused with expertise in recruitment and retention, mediation, staff training and development and complex problem resolution. He has developed and implemented HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy focusing on diversity and inclusion.
